To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間在上環的小店，食物水準很高，值得返頭再幫襯，性價比極高。有幾次經過見到餐廳裝修設計簡單得黎又企理乾淨，網上食評又不錯，於是就約埋朋友試下，主要是本人鐘意開放式廚房設計。一行三人order左set dinner，食物質數很好，大家都食得開心，最重要係店員耐心介紹菜式，感覺服務態度今人滿意。原來廚師係酒店廚房出身，經驗豐富，怪不得對品質要求十分之高，價錢較平民化，十分低食又親民。我們早到未有太多客人，到八點左右Full曬，我建議大家預早訂位好d。今晚食左鴨脾，豬排同燒春雞，見到之前不少好評，果然的好味。跟餐甜品味道都唔錯。
