To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境:28個座位,地方闊落,唔會要搭枱,十分整潔服務:家庭生意,一定唔係嗰種酒店式喧寒問暖介紹menu十分鐘嘅招呼。但張太不吝嗇分享食物做法,亦見她信心滿滿推薦食物給無idea嘅隔離枱食物:牛舌厚切咸香,燴意粉有鑊氣入味,磨菇湯足料而不用厚粉芡。價錢:午餐 70至90多,全天無加一,真材實料,整個感覺就是恰到好處地溫暖舒適美味。就算大商場連鎖店做到類似性價比,我亦會選擇這種有心經營的獨立店舖,鼓勵有心煮食嘅百花齊放。

價錢:午餐 70至90多,全天無加一,真材實料,整個感覺就是恰到好處地溫暖舒適美味。就算大商場連鎖店做到類似性價比,我亦會選擇這種有心經營的獨立店舖,鼓勵有心煮食嘅百花齊放。
