To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某次去食, 叫劍魚腩壽c埋單時, 張單離奇地貴. 其實不嬲都有食日本菜, 都大約知價錢. 可況, 只係一個late lunch!!咁check 單時, 奇怪地寫左吞拿魚腩壽司(所有壽司最貴的一個group) 而無寫劍魚.咁問番個waiter, 佢話, 電腦無劍魚, 一樣架者, 吞拿魚. d 魚一樣架~ 岩架喇.我r 晒頭. 佢可以話比我知, 劍魚同吞拿魚係一樣!其他地方食劍魚大約20 - 30 蚊一set. 靚d 既地方都唔會貴過45 蚊一set (2 件).果次佢張單寫210 一set!!!!!以後都唔去!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!愈黎愈覺得間野黑麻麻. d decoration 好多塵!
