To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前lunch去T.O.P既【LAB EAT Restaurant & Bar】食過覺得唔錯，所以最近又去食佢地既dinner試下唔同既野啦。一上黎會俾左welcome drink同餐前麵包先，welcome drink係荔枝士多啤梨梳打、無酒精。餐前麵包鬆軟熱辣辣。冷頭盤— 日式慢煮鮑魚：鮑魚非常軟霖入味、非常鮮味。旁邊既白蘿蔔係畫龍點睛既拌菜、好霖好入味、甜甜地、非常好食。熱頭盤— 煙燻鵪鶉腿：煙燻味非常濃郁、鵪鶉腿皮脆肉嫩非常juicy。旁邊既蒜頭都非常好食、增加鵪鶉腿既鮮味。西班牙龍蝦意大利飯：原隻龍蝦搭配蝦殼蝦膏等同番茄醬燉煮既意大利飯，同出面既意大利飯好唔同、完全唔覺得heavy，好香濃。龍蝦非常鮮甜彈牙。美國Prime肉眼扒：肉眼扒超級無敵厚、無咩筋同肥膏，本身已經好入味同juicy，加左gravy錦上添花。拌菜都好新鮮好食。甜品拼盤：造型好似一幅畫、有雪糕同自製蛋糕，個人非常推薦抹茶蛋糕，香濃唔甜。Tresure：會係你面前加泡泡、Peach, honey, citron，無酒精mocktail，香甜清爽、適合夏天。Lab Eat Fresh Fizz：Rum, Ros
