To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日的午膳時間，餃子館坐無虛席。今天兩個人，點了一個麵，一份餃子，一碟菜：- 豬扒麵：上海麵彈牙不在話下，豬扒煎得香香的，吃得滿口肉香。- 蕃茄鮮肉餃拼津白鮮肉餃：兩者相比，我比較喜歡蕃茄餃，鮮茄的清甜配上鮮肉的肉汁，一個人幹掉一盤10隻也沒問題。這餃子深得我心，也因為餃子皮造得厚薄適中，彈牙滑溜。- 白灼蕃薯苗這小店的彈牙手造上海麵及餃子一向是我至愛，想不到吃甚麼就會到這家。
