To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這是友人居住的屋村附近,但是我都是第一次來到附近,發現坪石邨、彩雲邨附近的餐廳,大部份都只在播新聞,沒有餐廳會在晚上播放男士喜愛的運動節目😏。於是只好來到這兒,到意樂餐廳算了🤨。其他餐廳的小菜,或是煲仔小菜,再加碟飯,往往動輒都$70-80。因為意樂餐廳的碟頭飯,都算有些特色。以前都吃過很多次豬扒飯,這次就點了一個香草雞扒雜菌蛋蓋飯。沒錯,可能生平都很少會點有雜菌在內的東西,但是看到這個蛋非常漂亮,心想雜菌應該不會太多,於是便試一試。果然,食屎食著豆,雖然點了這個是雜菌,但是上邊的雜菌都份量不多,那就更加適合我,反而洋蔥的份量更加多,夠香夠辣。而咖喱汁亦都不至於淹死下邊的珍珠飯,蛋熟得來夠滑身,加點紫洋蔥的味道,味道也還不錯。煎雞扒難免是雪雞扒,因此味道也普普通通,面頭的雞皮煎得夠香脆,因此味道還可以,的確帶一點香草的味道。也沒有叫飲料,這間意樂,主動提供一小杯熱水,也帶輕微檸檬香,比起其他分店的意樂更好。

沒錯,可能生平都很少會點有雜菌在內的東西,但是看到這個蛋非常漂亮,心想雜菌應該不會太多,於是便試一試。
