To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 或可能鋪頭太細, 或可能係星期六晚黃金時間, 又或可能多人等位, 但冇理由七個健康正常冇厭食冇瘦身既成年人食一餐六餸既晚飯, 可以短短二十分鐘內完成, 上菜之快, 收碟之速, 還有一連串溫馨親切的提示(如: '仲有冇野要嗌呀?', 'd野上齊未?', '使唔使嗌d甜品', 'd碗碟唔要架呵?' 同埋'你地係咪想埋單呀?'), 感覺如同去阿活或阿樂快餐店速食一個兩餸碟頭飯一樣, 食完就閃. 我未試過九點都未夠就要搵下一個地方落腳既.其實我地唔係快閃黨, 而呢間飯店既食物質素唔曳, 但都唔好因為想做多單生意而咁趕客走啦. 其實你如實話俾我地知, 出面有人等緊, 客氣咁講聲唔好意思, 抑或落d甜頭, 又或俾個折頭俾d客, 咁d客人埋單離開都走得順氣d之如, 佢地又會再來幫襯嘛.跑馬地都有好多地方食飯, 唔係你一間鋪頭做晒既~ 可能我唔係醫神嫂啦, 冇計.
