於家庭飯局與表哥女友「巴姐」結誼,講開食經時得知今期流行「為食日本菜去學日文」,談得興起佢仲非常客氣地即場擇日,話要帶肥肥家族去中環一間有水準嘅「鮨慎」食魚生。樓上壽司屋間隔用上和式嘅木造屏風及敞門,除咗升降機大堂嘅禪陣之外,店內並無花巧嘅裝潢,簡樸雅緻。用餐大堂只有右邊一排高高嘅壽司吧位,每位貴客都可欣賞到掌舵嘅師傅精心炮製美食。店員十分體貼,眼見客人攜帶有隨身物,入座時都會轆出藤籃,方便儲存於椅櫈下。左邊則為三間六人廂房,其中兩間更可打通成一間十二人廂房。主人家訂座時早已指名要搵別號為「Kami-san」嘅「神立師傅」招呼,識少少日文嘅小肥諗住可以扮代表溝通啦,誰不知Kami-san講得一口流利廣東話,唔怪得知巴姐可以食壽司學日文!餐店午市餐牌共有三個套餐可選。而晚市就只有兩項,當晚巴姐就揀咗$2,280/位嘅日本師傅廚師發板晚餐「飄湖」。飲品牌有兩頁之多。細心一看,方材發現開瓶費原來係續位計,每位$200,俾咗就任帶唔嬲,如席上有客人半滴都唔飲的話係唔會收費嘅,絕對公平。憑牌上日本清酒四位數嘅單價,以及當晚四人合共飲咗四樽嘅飲量,對於唔多識飲嘅XO仔黎講,相信揀$200/位嘅開瓶
