Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日lunch time同同事去公司附近揾餐廳食,見近近地就冇諗太多,坐低就求其叫啲嘢食。午巿時間,餐廳唔算多人,一直都有吉位,其間又冇咩人揀呢間茶記外賣。入到去,待應比咗一啲常餐同飯餐嘅餐牌我地,見我地睇咗一陣都未落柯打,跟手就比多兩個散叫嘅餐牌我地睇,見入面選擇仲多花款,感覺待應態度幾好,肯比多兩個餐牌我地揀嘢食。我地就叫咗一個常餐同一個散嗌,點知落單嗰下,呀姐一聽到我叫散嗌,態度即時180度轉變,寫都未寫,即時同向樓面同廚房放聲大叫咗兩次食物名,不突止,仲對住我話話:「午巿叫呢樣,真係高難度!」。期間廚房師傅收柯打之後,就只係重覆咗食物名,就去整了。坦白講食物味道係唔錯嘅,整出嚟都新鮮,慶幸嘅係廚房冇助紂為虐,幫呀姐加我地呢枱料,令到啲食物更加「出色」…其實,我並唔介意待應坦白同我講午巿只會賣某啲食物,其他嘅就只會喺非午巿時段供應。咁樣既可以有效地同客人溝通你嘅期望,又可以心平氣和地道出你自己嘅意見。但喺呢位飲食從業員嘅身上,我只係睇到:佢恃住自己身為茶餐廳嘅一份子,試圖以主場之利同同事嘅交情去奚落一位食客嘅選擇,好彩嘅喺當時茶記無任何一位待應呼和佢,又或者作出一啲舉動慫恿佢去繼

大家都係打工嘅,放lunch大家都只係得一個鐘頭,打工無話邊個比邊個壓力大,邊個比邊個份工作更加高尚,既然係咁,點解唔可以多啲體諒,少啲爭執,話哂都係打工仔,相煎何太急呢?
