好友不吃牛的關係我們轉了雞肉,
Roasted Free Range Chicken
Chili Sambal, Tumeric, Pickled Cucumber
雞肉以參巴醬(辣椒、蒜、洋蔥和其他香料製成的醬)醃製,
味道辛辣且富有層次,
烤雞外皮金黃酥脆,內裡鮮嫩滑溜。

Sambal Petai Udang, Stir-fried Tiger Prawn,
Chili Paste, Stinky Bean
虎蝦夠大隻有膏,
蝦肉較結實,
加了辣椒的醬汁愈吃愈辣,
不過伴著粒粒分明的蛋炒飯吃,很是惹味。

非常有驚喜的一道甜品
我不是嚴重巧克力迷,但間中也會想吃,
侍應教我們要把整個甜品敲碎,拌勻再吃,
巧克力威化脆、甘納許,下面的忌廉和椰子雪糕,
看似簡單的配料,拌著吃又脆又冰又軟又溶化,
多種口感,
味道帶點Tiramisu(雪糕版?)的感覺,
巧克力的微苦和椰子香,好像也帶一點點酒香?!
我喜歡這一道。

P.s. 今次和朋友慶生的晚飯,早在WhatsApp確認訂座的時候,
說好希望在甜品寫上生日字句,可惜臨場餐廳卻完全忘記了。
(這個有一點點失望)
另外值得一讚侍應Ricky有禮貌又nice,服務亦很好👍🏻
