To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男友本來就很愛吃西多士，這個週末還未想到有什麼活動的時候就在網上找找香港有名的西多士。 然後我們就來到了周記來個下午茶！奶皇流心西多士表面看似平平無奇，兩塊麵包充滿著蛋汁同時被煎的非常香脆。 一切開，奶皇流心一湧而上，真的是超級流心的效果！ 偏硬的多士配上奶皇流心變得軟軟易入口的，而奶皇也不會太甜，帶點鹹蛋粒粒，挺不錯的！來到周記當然要試試她的招牌菜 — 芝麻蝦多士！ 蝦多士整個超厚身超有份量的，蝦跟多士的比例大概就是3:1！看到表面佈滿了煎香了的芝麻，香氣撲鼻！ 一口咬下去就吃到既實在又彈牙的蝦肉，再加上充滿牛油香又香脆的多士，整個配搭也太好吃了吧！我們還點了瓶樽裝原味奶茶和普通熱奶茶。果然樽裝的比較香濃和質地較滑溜，哈哈！
