今天到了元朗附近,很想去食上海菜所以呢就去咗Yoho形點嗰度食上海菜,而家呢間上海菜就係是很好吃的就是家·上海。平時食呢間上海菜係要等好多位,但係因為疫情關係,而家就唔係好需要等好耐就可以直接入座,而且人數不是很多。第一個係前菜,係麻醬雞絲粉皮,吖呢個麻將好濃郁粉皮好滑好好食,青瓜好爽,雞肉好嫩。跟住就係炸豬扒湯麵,呢個湯面真係好好食架,因為嗰炸豬扒炸得好林,係最靚嘅豬扒肉部分,湯麵軟硬度適中,十分好吃。呢個係鐵板灌湯生煎包,個生煎包裏面係菜肉包嘅餡,但係個底煎得好香,食落去一啲都唔硬,好食過真正上海店嘅生煎包。最後就梗係必食嘅金牌小籠包啦,呢個真係冇得頂,係小籠包嘅始祖,簡直係必食嘅名物,所以我係10分推薦大家食呢一個小籠包嘅,因為佢個皮簿餡靚,所以好好食😋
