初次去銅鑼灣的一門居酒屋整體很好的日本菜。推薦可試的店。荔枝shower 酒有點濃但很有荔枝香. 杏子酒的味道不像藥水 蠻好喝的. House 白酒也不錯。著名的厚燒玉子很香滑。但我比較喜歡傳統用法刺身和卷物均是高水準。Toro及牡丹蝦均非常好。串燒牛舌,和牛和雞棒也很香嫩而不油膩,但四十多元一串感覺有點貴。海鮮沙律用麻醬不錯, 菜也新鮮,蠻爽脆的, 兼且沒想過海鮮沙律的份量也蠻大的。Tuna 炙燒配生洋蔥味道清爽。最後一提蟹肉牛油果卷非常好吃!唯一要說是單價不算很便宜就應該讓客人坐久一點。。。
