To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食過荃灣、灣仔陶源的乳豬和片皮鴨,覺得唔錯。今次因為同長輩食飯,選擇較方便的旺角分店。當晚未人齊已經有一個男侍應企喺我哋後面,幾次叫我哋食$3388「臻味雙龍宴」套餐。我問佢係唔係全包,包唔包酒水。佢話係包茶介、加一,但冇酒水。- 六頭飽魚伴金錢飽魚同冬菇都好大隻,但唔太入味。- 鴻運乳豬襯紅袍乳豬應該得半隻,皮脆、紅袍係類似素鵝,酥脆唔油。- 鳳凰竹笙燴燕窩係最差的湯羹,好鹹的豆粉水,所謂燕窩,味道怪怪哋,飲咗兩匙就放棄跟住無心機再影食物相- 鳳尾蝦伴鮮奶卷整條炸蝦只有後節有蝦肉,前面係粉;鮮奶卷都係食炸粉- 上湯龍蝦伊麵夠大碟,龍蝦冇乜肉,伊麵偏鹹。- 濃湯魚肚翠苗豆苗浸在鹹鹹的湯、細細粒的魚肚。- 清蒸沙巴龍躉合格,無蒸過龍。- 蒜香黃金雞普通炸子雞,無蒜香味。- 最後珍菌炆伊麵無乜味,撈埋龍蝦伊麵會好食啲!其實設計菜單的人知唔知一個餐有兩個伊麵,點解唔換炒飯之類!?又無甜品到埋單時才知道唔係全包宴,星期六、日仲要加$300!只怪我哋冇睇菜單下面的細字!價錢都係其次,食物味道差到我哋冇人願意打包吃剩的食物真係唔使再嚟!

- 六頭飽魚伴金錢
飽魚同冬菇都好大隻,但唔太入味。

合格,無蒸過龍。

普通炸子雞,無蒜香味。
- 最後珍菌炆伊麵
無乜味,撈埋龍蝦伊麵會好食啲!
