懷着美好嘅心情準備去試一間喺網上面睇到好出名嘅牛肉,去到之後睇到個環境都唔錯,坐低睇咗陣食譜,之後經過店員嘅推薦升級為石燒美國SRF安格斯和牛定食,上餐係由侍應拎過黎,佢都有提示我哋要反轉入面之後唔好燒多個3分鐘,但係我發現呢塊牛肉喺上鐵板嘅時候已經係五成熟,我相信有識開牛扒或者有食開牛肉嘅人都應該知道牛嘅肉質大概係幾成熟會好食。之後發塊石板嘅溫度好快就已經令到塊牛肉全部熟晒。肉嘅味道雖然冇問題但係因為肉質已經全數。所以令到口感麻麻地。另外就係牛舌。唔單單好乾,味道仲係一般般。另外就係沙律同埋味增湯,根本就係味精湯。唯一最好嘅就係魚腩。不過其實魚腩又好難整得難食。可能整體賣相嘅感覺10分好。正所謂希望越大失望越大。只可以話真係好失望
