To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道Brick Lane在香港開了，终於唔駛再過海了：) 一心想睇吓新舖質素係點，係咪拍得住尖沙咀那間先（個人覺得尖咀brick lane係食過咁多all day breakfast 中最好味的）。中午兩點多到，唔係咁多人，可能係商業區，lunch之後比較靜。被門口小姐問鍾意坐outdoor定 indoor ，嘩，這間又有outdoor! 他們找地方真有一手，怎麼每間也有outdoor patio咁好! 一行進了，未坐低，已經喜歡了，横裝同尖咀brick lane style一致，都係走rustic modern，牆上也有一樣的單logo, 但最令我喜愛的是它的超大形酒bar, 一半是伸出outdoor area, 像是去了外國resort一樣。outdoor area也是超大，又有维港景。看看Menu ，發現同尖咀店不太一樣。首先，比尖咀店貴-_-|| （涙），不過都明嘅，始终是金鐘區... pasta 同main course 都好像比較少，菜式都不一樣，breakfast 選擇就好像多了些。終於叫咗Brick Lane all day combo, $155, 賣相是没話説了，

終於叫咗Brick Lane all day combo, $155, 賣相是没話説了，應有盡有，就連英式血腸、yorksire pudding 都有，其他用料亦同尖咀一樣，英國豬肉腸，Scottish salmon 等等。這店以做出名，相信是有原因的。
