To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為慶祝生日的關係, 所以想找間好餐廳吃好西~於是我便掏出了這個在我wish list中有人氣的餐廳去試試~餐廳位置離MTR稍遠, 我們也花了點時間找~ 不過附近環境優美, 有很多文化學會, 充滿文藝氣息~餐廳很寬敞!!裝潢很有氣派!! 我們到達的時候人客不多的, 但後來幾乎滿座!! 果然很有人氣~餐牌餐具什麼的都很精緻~Menu 也靚靚~ Crab Tartare ($168)上面有溫泉蛋, 下面用牛油果蓉+磨菇粒墊底, 中間全是我的至愛~蟹肉呀!!蟹肉很多, 不過沒想像中鮮甜~ 下面的牛油果蓉味道香濃, 但是個人覺得有點暄賓奪主, 蓋過了原本已經淡味的蟹肉~Hokkaido sea urchin tagliolini ($248)一來到的時候真是覺得份量好少呀 (好像幾啖便吃完的樣子), 而且海膽只得幾塊.....sosad吃一口麵, 味道好濃烈, 好咸....完全吃不出海膽的甜鮮味道~因為已經被濃味的醬汁蓋過了味道! 海膽也是太咸了~失望.....Spanish caldoso rice ($248)只記得它的味道濃郁... 米是半熟偏硬有口感的, 水份多質感濕~ 味道OK但沒有

一來到的時候真是覺得份量好少呀 (好像幾啖便吃完的樣子), 而且海膽只得幾塊.....sosad
吃一口麵, 味道好濃烈, 好咸....完全吃不出海膽的甜鮮味道~因為已經被濃味的醬汁蓋過了味道! 海膽也是太咸了~失望.....

乳豬肉質幾嫩滑Q彈, 外皮香脆, 不過有豬羶味.... 旁邊的pineapple and mango salsa蠻好吃, 酸酸甜甜~

最後的甜品apple tarte tatin ($138)作結~ (還有happy birthday字句~哈哈~)

Vanilla雪糕配酥皮混合焦糖和熱騰騰的熟蘋果~毫無違和感的配搭!!! 雖然焦糖很甜但配搭酸酸的蘋果味道剛剛好!! 好吃!!

選飲品的時候糾結了很久要Marshmallow Dream還是Spy Rose, 最後Spy Rose 贏了~! 雖然很pink樣子很甜美, 但玫瑰花味淡到不會覺得她存在, 酒精的味較道濃, 帶微甜, 味道來說個人覺得還好~ (早知道就點Marshmallow Dream啦!)

總結來說, 餐廳服務不錯, 侍應很有禮貌, 環境又很舒適, 所以我們都有一個愉快的晚上~不過食物沒有想像中那麼好吃, (因為看了很多食評都極力推介才想要試試的), 所以有少許失望~
