To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次食午餐一入到去最入面啲位 已經覺得暗同埋裝修差冇諗過pacific place入面有啲咁差裝修既店張枱又勁差,個枱面層膠勁痴笠,張枱好細,只係放到一份點心…好在佢都真係每次只上一份點心張櫈又係奇差,i住個椅背係會un到個背脊既,全程食飯都要挺到好直算啦 食物好咪得黑椒牛肉酥我覺得可以,幾酥鬆軟好食星洲炒米同黑松露蝦餃都唔錯蝦餃唔平但係細隻,anyway好食就得但係其他野,例如蘿白糕,叉燒包果啲,寫話黑豚豬肉乜乜,食落真係普通到冇得再普通,普通茶樓質素。個乾炒牛河好普通,黑蒜燒賣就errrr…服務就唔錯,呀姨幾有禮貌既…總括嚟講啲野食唔值呢個價,去茶樓食仲舒服
