To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖說在開飯啦，食評幾乎是一面倒，但論食牛，呢到都是值得來，但只限是食牛肉咁loo.除了牛，這裡問好吃的是糕，價錢平，12元3舊，堂食會比外攜更大size。桂花糕一定要點，分2種，雪耳桂花有口感爽脆，杞子桂花味濃香甜。價錢有點點傷感，要49蚊，但蝦子非常多 料也足夠，湯底也可以喝沒味精，雖然比外面雲吞麵貴一倍，但都值得。蕃茄只是比清湯貴少少，但多少少價錢，就有相當多蕃茄，但可惜蕃茄湯淡而無味，牛腩依舊是主角，牛味足，也好霖。
