To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做到好攰好夜，想搵一個靜靜地，無自由行，無趕住要你食完即閃，無無厘頭付加費，無D睇見都唔想食既晚餐常餐。呢度係一個唔錯既選擇。雖然，佢叫燒味餐廳，主打好老實係試叉燒，燒鴨，其實內裡既獨門絕技係蒸魚。時間掌握得好，令到骨肉分離，肉又唔會變老。豉油有蔥香，送哂成碗飯，淋埋落碟菜面，直情係大滿足。次次食，次次好食。算係咁啦！呢度最回味係人情味，老街坊成日都幫襯，對望笑下，傾兩句。見老人家送例湯。等等。呢D情境，係香港，只會減少，唔會加。
