To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 等好耐,我周圍望,原來個餐要等20分鐘,我又望到原來佢o地有自製魚蛋,墨魚丸等賣,嘩!呢啲都爭啊?

然後,我o既燴牛扖意粉到o黎,都唔細碟,跟o左一碟辣椒醬,意粉有蕃茄伴碟,意粉腍,牛扖薄,唔明點解唔畀刀我,好彩牛扖唔韌.味道都唔錯.


之後,爸爸o既豬膶排骨煲同白飯都到o黎,好香好有鑊氣,個煲唔大個,但原來都有好多料,爸爸話排骨好多肉,冇乜骨,最後佢係食唔晒,飯都要撈汁至食晒.

我就試吓一件排骨,好入味好腍
,不過其實都幾鹹.

呢餐爸爸都幾滿意,我諗下次諗唔到食乜,佢會考慮茶餐廳,因為真係可以就晒所有人.


服務:
都唔錯,唔會粗聲粗氣,而且一直有客o黎坐圓枱,一見有卡位就會主動叫人去坐.

環境:
我o地o岩o岩坐o個張卡位有柱,迫啲.

衛生:
o係我開頭坐圓枱時,地下滑滑地,我諗要注意吓.

其他:
原來呢o度o野食都幾多元化,連泰式越式o既湯河都有.
