源自東京嘅金子半之助,都開咗好多分店,Menu專注主打幾款丼飯🍚貴精不貴多由用料,到醬汁,到隻碗都好有講究。上網睇過資料,原來佢炸嘅胡麻油係特製,所以先令到炸出嚟嘅天婦羅顏色會比較深同埋香。隻碗都係用左江戶時代的陶瓷工藝-佐賀有田燒,碗底係空心,所以更加可以保持碗入邊嘅溫度。⭐江戶前天丼主打係穴子,長達30cm🥰😝超厚肉身,沒有腥味,油脂豐富,肥美軟滑。另外其他天婦羅包括小柱天婦羅、海老、溫泉蛋、海苔、豌豆,麵衣只有薄薄一層唔會食到成口粉,份量都好多,其實淨係食啲餸都夠飽😂⭐上天丼主角換咗赤金鯛,魚質紮實嫩滑,我自己就鍾意食穴子多d,夠肥美(*¯︶¯*)

⭐江戶前天丼
主打係穴子,長達30cm🥰😝超厚肉身,沒有腥味,油脂豐富,肥美軟滑。另外其他天婦羅包括小柱天婦羅、海老、溫泉蛋、海苔、豌豆,麵衣只有薄薄一層唔會食到成口粉,份量都好多,其實淨係食啲餸都夠飽😂
