To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工後來到尖沙咀國際廣場的彩福皇宴晚膳，這裏既有靚景又有美食，一箭雙雕，感覺滿足。～得獎酒香蝦腰蒸蛋🍤這蒸蛋是得獎菜，它的賣相顏色配搭鮮艷吸睛，讓人頓時食慾大增。蒸蛋的火喉掌握得恰到好處，入口嫰滑而不散，可口的蒸蛋沒有加上太多的醬油作調味，在蛋面鋪上的爽口蝦球和厚厚一層的櫻花蝦和蝦子，已足以讓蒸蛋帶出十分討好的鮮甜味道；蛋内同時亦加入了切粒的西芹、蕃茄和冬菇，增加了口感的多樣性。～得獎客家燜豬肉🥢🍚採用的五花腩肉肥瘦分明，炆得恰到好處；看似肥騰騰的肥肉卻入口爽而不膩，瘦肉部分亦不靱不渣，整體口感十分討好。另一亮點是爽口惹味的鹹菜和微辣的紅椒，與五花腩肉配合相得益彰，提昇了色香味的層次，不愧為這酒樓的招牌得獎菜式之一。～金牌脆皮燒雞（半隻）🐓皮脆肉嫩的燒雞燒製得味道剛好，吃起來一點也不肥膩且雞味十足。沾上附上的南乳汁來吃的話，味道層次會更多元化。今晚試了這酒樓的兩個得獎菜式，感覺廚師確實下了不少心思和工夫，值得讃賞；👍 加上食物的份量十足，取價大眾化，絕對是貨真價實的優質選擇之一。
