To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經吃膩了公司附近的餐廳, 就找找離公司遠一點的食肆轉換一下口味。這天跟同事就訂了枱, 午飯時間非常多人, 如果沒有訂枱的話要輪侯十多張。值得一提是這裡有多款得獎點心, 配搭新鮮賣相也很吸引。兩個人一共點了八個點心。芝心海皇千絲春卷跟平常的春卷賣相已經非常不同, 炸得很酥脆, 雖然是炸物但沒有油膩感, 加上芝心餡料配搭新鮮, 果然是得獎點心。 旋風黃金流沙包上枱時熱騰騰的, 流心蛋黃餡料很多, 要小心慢慢吃。原隻鮑魚燒賣皇賣相非常吸引, 有一整隻小鮑魚在燒賣上, 鮑魚有咬口, 此價錢令人驚喜。港式街頭蝦米豬腸粉上枱前已加上各款醬汁, 賣相顯心思, 腸粉香滑可口, 很有傳統港式點心的味道。 七味椒鹽龍鬚魷魚爽脆彈牙又炸得香口, 調味得宜不會過鹹。瑤柱灌湯餃灌湯餃皮薄煙韌, 有一絲絲的瑤柱, 吃時蘸些浙醋,令人開胃。最後還點了兩個甜品 - 竹燕椰汁糕和雪蓮桃膠燉木瓜。雪蓮桃膠燉木瓜不會太甜, 很清潤。 竹燕椰汁糕兩層分明, 用料十足令椰香四溢。整體來說點心質素高, 有很多新派的中式點心令人眼前一亮。環境也非常舒適, 枱與枱之間不會太擠擁。有機會一定再來試試其他點心。
