To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 四月中的星期六中午 到上址飲茶, 午市$16/茶, 前菜(菜甫)$16, 小$29, 中$34, 大$38, 特$40, 鹵水頂/廚項$50蜜汁义燒腸3條(大)$38 腸粉皮薄帶少許煙靱質地, 饀料多到跌出嚟。無野可以挑剔。潮州煎笋果3件(特)$40 外形有點似鍋貼。如果未食過可以試一次睇下自己鍾唔鍾意?百花蝦球浸魚肚(頂)$50 蝦球夠大粒魚肚爽口但價錢又偏高, 都係可以一試嘅。鮮露筍蝦餃皇4粒(頂)$50 係頂點但材料同粒數交足功課。潮州靚粉果4粒(中)$34 造型好靚見摺痕餡料豐富。椒鹽白飯魚(廚頂)$50 份量偏少但兩個人就夠食囉!油溫火喉拿捏得恰到好處。牛展併豬肉卷(鹵頂) $50 牛展出色下次會再叫淨牛展。安蝦咸水角三件(小)$29 雖然是小點但功架十足。金珠皮出色。潮州煎笋果三件(特) $40 一般吧!想吃可以吃。但亦可以叫其他點心取代。臨尾來一個沙嗲芥蘭牛肉炒河, 十足料及沙嗲醬汁好70's outlook 服務方面: 一般吧!普通酒樓嗰隻, 只見一點午市前開始, 員工好緊張地執枱。不過其實吉枱係有嘅,可以感覺到他們那份緊張嘅氣場。似乎壓力不少呢!
