To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從不失望的大美督食堂😝

炎炎夏日，很久沒有出遊，今天上午終於按捺不住，我們便到大美督走走！可惜天氣實在太熱了，連小動物都躲起来，一幅相片也拍不到。 也罷，用相機拍下美食照片補數！來到忠誠已一点多鐘，人客不太多，與平時要等位的情況大相徑庭，可能天氣太熱吧！😓兩個人点了三個菜：泰式干炒貴刁、串燒沙嗲雞肉和青木瓜絲沙律。泰式干炒貴刁，是我們必點的菜式，薄薄一片的河粉，被炒得很入味但卻不感油膩，配上魷魚、雞肉和蝦肉，食材雖平實，但肯定是美味佳餚！串燒沙嗲雞肉，四大串雞肉醃得入味，燒得香口，肉質仍然嫩滑，配上香濃的自製沙嗲醬，口感味道俱佳青木瓜絲沙律，酸辣爽脆，清新可口，是飯後清洗味蕾的佳品整體而言，這個我們到大埔遊山玩水必到的食店，從來也不會令我們失望的！
