To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食左排骨鳳抓飯+燒賣+炒麵,飯、仍然咁好味😋呢種軟硬度,啱晒我呢種鍾意食硬飯嘅人,而排骨就好肥,鳳抓亦係得半隻都唔夠。燒賣,內含大量肥豬肉⋯⋯無言,以前唔係咁的😭炒麵,保持水準,係多左油而已。其實以上都唔係推動我呢個CD-ROM 出post既動力,而係標題既內容。不過,就算佢點差既服務,都大把人食,哼、哼!
