To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

標題：從此以後宵夜有著落了上個月食左呢家颱風天依舊阻擋唔到專業食貨的步伐，今晚同室友黎到通菜街探燒店岩岩好呢間店颱風天都依舊營業，食客好少，上菜都好快。豬手洗mvp膠質很足，外酥里糯，回味無窮。烤茄子同內地一樣地道，蒜香四溢。後燒吐司洗意外收穫，煉乳奶味濃郁，麵包又香又脆，，當作餐後甜品岩岩好。內地燒烤品在洗呢間舖基本上都搵到例如肥腸，掌中寶，羊肉串，雞皮，五花肉，鴨舌，無骨鴨掌，秋刀魚等而我最重視最鍾意食燒雞皮超脆同埋配上辣粉真係盲點都唔會踩雷。
