To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從沒失望過的餃子

前日去還以為搬了，好彩只是店面裝修了😅鋪入還加上了牆畫。從第一次幫襯，到現在已經是十年了！廚房中永遠見到老闆媽媽在忙碌的包餃子！幸好在疫情中，經營雖然困難,但還是撐下去了！💪一個人的午餐，不能點太多，唯有點最穩陣又常食的。鴛鴦湯餃（韭菜餃和椰菜餃，其實只有這兩種😂）和鮮榨檸檬水。餃子包得飽滿，肉和菜比例菜是多一點， 皮薄多汁之外。喜歡辣的話記得要落蘿蔔。最推介的是檸檬汁，鮮檸檬製作，味道甜酸比例剛好！其實煎餃和碗仔翅都做得好，但一個肚吃不了這麼多😂下次再吃
