呢間私房菜係朋友介紹,舊鋪喺九龍城,只係招呼朋友,依家終於可以Book到喇!佢哋係以前廣州大同酒家嘅後人開辦嘅,做嘅係正宗復古粵菜,當然都有唔少自創招牌菜式啦,呢度最少要六位咁預約,大家嚟嘅時候就要留意喇!今日食嘅係私房菜晚宴套餐(每位$1000),有一湯羹、一特式、五款菜同一飯麵一甜品!湯羹我哋加咗$100,試吓「燕窩鷓鴣粥」!呢款係百年歷史嘅傳統粵菜,喺好濃稠嘅粥入面有好多鷓鴣茸,好有咬口,同時有化痰止咳嘅功效,真係又好食又健康!而燕窩真係有極多!係非常滋補嘅一款湯羹。特式菜我哋就試咗「大蝦多士」,一上枱就覺得好有氣勢!每條蝦都得好金黃,大大隻,入面係好豐富嘅蝦膠同蝦肉,配埋甜酸汁食就更加惹味!之後有五款菜,我哋先食咗一客「自醃味菜炒肚尖」,呢款係潮式菜,肚尖係最爽嘅部位,食落比想象中有咬勁,而味菜食落酸酸哋,令個口味更加均衡。另一款係佢哋嘅招牌「清炒涼瓜」,呢款涼瓜係用咗兩個鐘嚟汆水,所以就無曬苦澀味,會食到瓜嘅清甜,而且係無用油咁清炒,就比較試到食材嘅真味道。下一款係「蜜汁火方」,見個名咁得意,原來係火腿同方包嘅配搭,佢哋特登用咗菠蘿嚟陪襯,增加甜味,而金華火腿都好厚實,有鹹香

見個名咁得意,原來係火腿同方包嘅配搭,
佢哋特登用咗菠蘿嚟陪襯,增加甜味,
而金華火腿都好厚實,有鹹香,夾入包度食十分飽肚滿足。

之後係「廣州荔灣豉椒炒蟹」,有蝦兵當然就有蟹將!

炒蟹有兩大隻,豉椒底有鑊氣炒得香,仲有啲辣嘅,
逐隻蟹腳拎住嚟「損」,格外惹味。

最後係「大同咖喱牛腩」,

咖喱醬係店家特製的,唔算好辣,當中會有香料嘅甜味。
而牛腩份量都多,同薯仔一樣炆得好稔,入口即溶,
配埋飯咁食就超正喇。

飯麵類我哋就配咗「蟹油撈麵」,

唔好浪費頭先啲蟹油!撈落梘水度既食到麵彈牙嘅口感,
亦都有又香又惹味嘅蟹油陪襯,
好令人滿足,我仲添多咗一碗!

最後嘅糖水係「臭草陳皮綠豆沙」,

可以揀無糖之後再落羅漢果代糖,會健康啲,
而我果碗就係原味,好食到綠豆沙嘅清甜味道,
未至於起沙,但食到一粒粒綠豆嘅口感都好唔錯,
而臭草又再增添咗一啲香草嘅風味,令個甜品更豐富。

喺尖沙咀區,可以食到咁正宗嘅粵菜,真係好唔錯。
