今日朋友帶黎食呢間大同私房菜會所,感覺好高級,周圍都好靚。 第一道菜係順德式撈起係用左深海𩶘魚,食起黎好特別。 咁樣既廣東菜都好特別,仲要係用生菜包食啲白飯同油炸鬼,仲有好多蔥絲,花生小辣椒,開胃野味。自泡味菜炒豬肚尖竟然真係會用豬肚最尖既部分煮,加埋佢地親自醃既醃菜真係超好食。唔會咸,反而係偏甜,好啱食。時令既大閘蟹粉扒豆苗,啖啖膏又唔洗自己拆蟹,超正。荔灣豉椒炒蟹,2大隻,估唔到又幾好肉。豉椒炒得好香,辣辣地好有風味。蝦子扒節瓜好大份,超有睇頭。加埋大大粒蝦米,好入味,又有口感。咖喱牛腩同荷葉飯黎到已經好香。 荷葉飯足料又夠香,牛腩都煮得夠稔身入味。不過分開食感覺會更豐富,唔會搶味。蟹油撈麵都好味,淡淡既蟹油香撈麵食係夠唔同。最後食埋個廿年陳皮紅豆沙就真係完滿啦。紅豆沙最正就係煲得夠火喉,紅豆起沙仲有陳皮既香,真係古早既味道。 continue reading
