Pancetta, heritage vegetables, bone marrow jus
佢將豬肉整成一捲去烤,個豬皮超級脆!豬肉亦好淋好嫩!豬肉有啲肥膏,但屬可接受嘅程度。個醬係普通嘅燒汁,如果特別啲就更好。配菜都全部烤過,好香嘅燒烤味。

未食過開心果布甸,真係俾到驚喜!好濃烈嘅開心果味,個raspberry雪芭酸酸地,又唔會太水,個質地做得幾好喎!

食過呢間la favorita,令我想試埋呢個sixteenth 另外嗰三間餐廳😆Restaurant week嘅餐廳真係唔錯!食物質素、環境、服務都係高水平。下年restaurant week再見啦😂😂
