個人推介有特色既雞肝慕絲伴烤桃同蒸蛋,口感豐腴滑溜,超正。



燉湯一向是餐廳強項,自己最愛的燉湯,今日是鱷魚肉湯,正好,這兩天有點咳嗽,用來潤潤喉嚨。

中湯雪耳木瓜雞腳豬肉湯,夠火喉,湯料都煲至半溶,味道都在湯裡。

洋蔥湯

甜度來自洋蔥,而且煮得好稔,個人覺得洋蔥可以更重手一些。
