To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

復活節自助餐

復活節就梗係要搵啲節目慶祝下啦，今年就去咗機場富豪酒店食自助餐，依度價錢算係平價啲，假期都係4、5百蚊咁，所以黎依度試下。我6點半左右黎到，見到最受歡迎既長腳蟹已經無哂，咁食住其他野先啦，好在轉個頭老婆見到佢refill攞咗4條蟹腳先有得食，因為之後都無再見過有長腳蟹攞，一來佢依度唔係好常refill，二來原來依度啲人係好自私既，一個人已經差不多攞哂全部，攞到成座山咁，你把握唔到機會根本可以係全晚都食唔到長腳蟹既，各位真係要有心理準備。另一個重點係Movenpick雪糕，佢有成十幾種味你揀，而𢳂雪糕既哥仔又係全晚見到服務最好最正常既員工，因為其餘既服務員好似唔識講野咁既，又唔會主動幫你加水。我見雪糕哥仔全晚都𢳂到停唔到手。

另一個重點係Movenpick雪糕，佢有成十幾種味你揀，而𢳂雪糕既哥仔又係全晚見到服務最好最正常既員工，因為其餘既服務員好似唔識講野咁既，又唔會主動幫你加水。我見雪糕哥仔全晚都𢳂到停唔到手。
