To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱啱新開冇耐都食咗幾次,半隻雞套餐有肉有菜有飲品,配搭價錢都不錯。不過今天看到他把我的外賣整合放入微波爐微波,就應該沒有下次了。你主打燒雞,有一大個焗爐係度都要拎去微波,怪不得水準下降,雞皮不脆都算,一直都不脆,被丁出油感覺才是最差,肉都overcook, 如果要食翻熱食品,為什麼要幫襯,去食波仔7仔仲好。補一點,我去幫襯係中午1245星期三,正正飯市。粗制濫造,食材管理不善,管理層視若無睹才是最大問題
