To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

愛淸新、愛認真。好幾次路過RaRe半開放的廚房,總見廚師在埋頭工作,十分專注。今天下班比較晚,反正要鬆一鬆就在RaRe 吃個晚餐。叫咗個set dinner , 廚師特意介紹這份前菜麵包,除了麵團是由人手去搓,份量亦係自家研發,經多次控制試驗份量、同發烤時間才供我們品嚐。別看這個沙律其貌不揚,原來滿載心思,白滑的不是雪糕球,是用烹調好的鱸魚,加上廚師嘅精心調味再攪拌成蓉,雪凍後用雪糕匙盛起球狀,再放上即日處理的沙律菜上沙律菜爽脆新鮮,鱸魚蓉輭滑creamy,我配合手工麵包一齊吃,看似簡單卻又與別不同。坊間的意大利飯,都是用濃湯將生米煮熟,做到外層軟綿綿, 飯芯剛剛好,RaRe 更加巧妙地加入新鮮魷魚粒,除令到輭滑的米飯更加豐富外,目的係加強咀嚼感,令你在食的過程中更加滋味。美食過後,晚上的中環就如我的心情一樣,要靜一下休息一下,細意品味,原來是出自法國名廚學院,如此用心,不愧是藍帶出高徒
