因工作關係,過往每一年總會飛日本十數次以上,所以出色嘅和牛,如 : 松板,神户,近江,飛驒,真係好易食到,但疫情令到以往垂手可得嘅和牛,想再食已變得不容易 ...... 🥲今日終於的起心肝,問問香港嘅吃貨朋友有冇超正嘅和牛燒烤介紹?佢哋叫我必定要嚟呢度試試,餐廳前身叫伊吕波,現以改名 : 肉 料理廣 ..... 🤗餐廳位於銅鑼灣鬧市,地點非常易找,裝修簡潔企理,抽風糸統很好,餐後全無半點燒烤味,讚 👍今天同友人選擇了一款 A 5 飛驒牛 十部位 2 人定食,因為太好味,所以再後加一份霜降筋間肉,飛驒牛每一個部位都有,喜歡肉質 口感較濃 或 入口即溶嘅你,必定會食到滿載而歸,雖然性價比唔可以話高,但始終一分錢一分貨,彷間數百元 1 位嘅任食鐵板燒,根本無可能做比較 😜,喜歡食靚和牛嘅各位,必定唔可以錯過。😁

今天同友人選擇了一款 A 5 飛驒牛 十部位 2 人定食,因為太好味,所以再後加一份霜降筋間肉,飛驒牛每一個部位都有,喜歡肉質 口感較濃 或 入口即溶嘅你,必定會食到滿載而歸,雖然性價比唔可以話高,但始終一分錢一分貨,彷間數百元 1 位嘅任食鐵板燒,根本無可能做比較 😜,喜歡食靚和牛嘅各位,必定唔可以錯過。😁
