潮洲菜又點止打冷,之前試過旺角的心夜來潮,覺得很回味。今日經過荃灣分店,見到唔算好多人排隊,就決定在此晚餐。等左大約15分鐘,終於有室內位。餐牌選擇很多,每道菜都不過幾十元。唔知係咪我們太晚去到,好多食嘽都已經賣光了。醬醃生蝦($48)每隻都只係得蝦米咁細,難剝殼,沒有什麼肉可以食得到。不過生蝦醃得好入味,最喜歡生醃之後蝦肉很Muddy的口感,味道偏咸,伴飯食一流。醬醃蠔仔($28)同樣醃得很入味,比較蝦仔冇咁咸,而且仲保留住蠔的鮮味。蠔仔都算大隻,每粒都好飽滿。醬醃海膽($28)用的是較流質的海膽,同蝦一樣偏咸。咸味更提起海膽的鮮甜。每一種都好適合伴飯,就算只係白飯,都變到非常好味。巨型魚蛋($32)大魚蛋外層稍為炸過,十分香口,而鮮魚肉打成,好鮮香。牙籤雞($26)雞翼剪成小份,方便進食。外層包裹著炸味,炸香以後保持嫩滑肉質。蒜蓉椒絲炒通菜($46)成餐飯最貴的一道菜之一竟然係炒通菜,也才不過是$46。通菜都幾幼嫩,炒得有鑊氣又唔老。再飯返支凍啤酒,解一下醬醃海鮮的咸味,風味一流。雖然每道菜份量都唔算大,但每一道菜都十分好送飯,2個人分都食到好飽。旺角的分店原來會搬到新之城附近,位
