To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三個人叫咗三個行政套餐,包括3分頭盤三份主菜三個湯3份甜品,例湯冇得揀,蟲草排骨湯同半年前一樣。頭盤兩個朋友叫左乳鴿我叫咗份臭豆腐,乳鴿份量每人半隻,臭豆腐有兩舊,睇落份量好似乳鴿抵啲,但係臭豆腐真係好好食如果可以大嚿少少就好滿足啦,臭豆腐個醬都調得好惹味。花雕蟹絕對係必吃,最直接係飲埋個汁,聽落好似好誇張但真係好好味。蒸海斑好嫩,牛腩正常最後食唔晒已經好飽。最後嘅甜品叫咗杏仁茶淡淡嘅杏仁香唔會好甜,10分解膩。最後三個人埋單加一$2035,花雕蟹必食。
