朋友推薦嘅一間係銅鑼灣嘅西餐廳,本身都好少過去銅鑼灣,難得有港島朋友生日,所以就揀咗呢間有懷舊氣息嘅餐廳慶祝。見到原來有一個壽星套餐優惠,但係我地得兩個人所以就冇叫到,下次多啲人嘅時候就可以去試吓。燒牛脷$129呢個菜比足90分,之前食開既牛脷都係比較乾同鞋,但係呢一個菜完全去到更高境界,輕輕切開便可以,牛脷非常軟身多汁,簡單用黑椒調味,不需要沾上醬汁都已經非常夠味,每舊牛脷厚到十足,但仍可煎到保留肉汁,師傅工架一流。紐西蘭T骨羊扒$159羊扒亦是厚切,羊味剛好,不會太濃,內裏肉質帶粉紅色,沾上醬汁更能帶出羊味,但係當遇上軟熟嘅牛脷,羊扒就相對來講難切一啲。值得一讚嘅係旁邊嘅薯蓉,無加過多嘅奶,真正食到薯仔嘅味道。焗法國田螺$99侍應提醒我哋個殼都食得,原來個殼係麵包整嘅,因為鐵鍋熱力嘅關係,令到薯蓉帶少少脆身,配田螺一齊食非常之match。乳酪蝦仔蛋沙律$99乳酪代替沙律醬更加健康,一碟沙律有四隻蝦,比平時出面食到嘅沙律,蝦嘅size更大,乳酪酸酸嘅口感,配上沙律菜,作為開胃前菜係一個唔錯嘅選擇。黑毛豬熱脆包$89呢個係當晚令我哋驚喜嘅一道前菜,黑毛豬肉汁多, 裏面都煎係粉紅色架,配

士多啤梨mocktail$68
經理特意為我地調配既mocktail,士多啤梨嘅甜到剛好,仲飲到果肉架。
