黑松露凍花膠

一朵朵花膠因為厚身,爽口得嚟咬落膠質都幾重,正,一定好多膠原BB!
花膠撈左黑松露麻醬,松露味好濃,而底下嘅新鮮青瓜好爽口,可惜黑松露麻醬太少,如果可以多啲,撈埋青瓜一齊食就太好了!

雙喜係邊雙喜?!知唔係黃金蟹盒同埋酥炸生蠔!

酥炸生蠔好肥美,好食唔在話,但黃金蟹盒先至有驚喜~

內有生拆蟹肉、蛋同埋蟹子,一啖咬落去,好香蟹味,因為有蟹子,食落「索索」聲,好有口感!岩晒懶拆殼嘅大佬啦(佢食左兩嚿囉......)

杏汁豬肺湯

足料靚湯,姑姐話洗個豬肺都洗成粒鍾,而且杏汁味好濃郁,入口非常順滑、滋潤。

昌媽媽炆豬肉
非常邪惡嘅一道菜!!!

豬腩豬炆到非常鬆軟,入口即溶,肥姑丈襯我地唔覺意偷偷地食下食下,一個人都食左差唔多一半,好在佢食左解藥啫(三高人士明白的)!

糯米鴨

終於到我地全晚最期待嘅糯米鴨喇!!

負責人同我地講,呢仔鴨件由準備到上枱要兩日時間!

前一日,要浸糯米,釀入鴨中,再攞去炸!

之後仲要經過幾次蒸焗將鴨油一次一次蒸出嚟!

糯米鴨有啲似八寶鴨,但就無咁多「寶」,廚師只放栗子同糯米。有時食八寶鴨總會覺得「太多料」,口感太複雜....

但今次就唔同了,糯米同超甜栗子都煮到好綿,食落陣陣鴨香,雖然飽,都忍唔住添咗兩碗飯!

蟲草花上湯浸時蔬

好!大!碟!呀!重複,我地開始飽了...不過菜嚟啫!本來大家都諗住比面派對,每人食小小啦,誰知食落菜心非常清甜(老闆每日都會親自落街市揀靚菜),你夾一啲,我夾一啲,不知不覺,蟲草花上湯浸時蔬K.Oed!

百花蜜脆鱔

記得細個呀嫲講過,食鱔一定要食「風」鱔,「風」鱔先至夠爽口!今次呢條一定係「風」鱔因為百花蜜脆鱔肉質非常爽口彈牙,加上炸得香口,配合滋潤嘅百花蜜,好惹味!但係嚿鮮真係好大嚿....胃口細啲都食唔晒....其實真係可以細嚿啲.....

葉婆婆冬瓜

葉婆婆是誰?!葉婆婆係餐廳其中一個負責人嘅婆婆,呢味葉婆婆冬瓜就係負責人細個婆婆成日整比佢食嘅菜。

冬瓜中間夾咗金華火腿,蒸熟後面頭加上蝦乾粉,食落好香火腿味,但唔會覺得太膩,感覺清新,為今晚劃上完美句號.....

點解健康?!因為佢唔係用一般白糖製作,而係用咗升糖指數低嘅棕櫚糖製作,即係糖尿病、老人家都食得。

真是滿足的一餐!!唔只我,好在家中老爸都好滿意,仲過用幾百蚊去食自助餐,不如嚟呢度食心思菜...(得喇明喇,我知點做喇)
