最近試了一間觀塘工廠區上樓私房菜 Dreamix 廚,位於觀塘道,地點很方便,地鐵、巴士都去到。Dreamix 廚是一家私房菜,來個反璞歸真,沒有天花龍鳳的包裝,賣的是認真製作,真材實料。食材每朝由大廚到菜市場新鮮購買。淮山杞子響螺雞湯-每一口都是清甜又沒有雞油的膩,這是Dreamix廚在燉湯前先把雞皮去掉,然後再燉好湯後,再重新一次去油,確保喝下的每口都是清甜的雞湯.清蒸南非飽魚红燒元蹄,這個口味不錯。江南百花雞。這個好吃,雞裏面是花膠。手工菜。蟲草花上湯浸時蔬 - 加入了大量的蟲草花,蝦乾,草菇等等,使上湯更鮮味,滾出來的菜心更鮮甜。生炒臘味糯米飯,兒時的味道,糯米飯很足料,每一口都有臘味在內。百花蜜脆鳝,接近上海的做法。海皇豆腐壽包Dreamix廚屬於中式私房菜,需一早訂位,真的要一早,唔係真係會book 極都無位 continue reading

約咗朋友生日飯~一直都好神秘~只知道係食私房菜,地址呀咩都唔知~跟住朋友行到工廠大廈嘅地方心諗一定好味喇個人覺得好多美食,都會出現喺工廈入到去環境感覺似coffee shop~眼見地方不太大,只可放到5~6枱客人但每張枱都有好充裕嘅空間~唔會太逼好舒服~我哋坐底就比咗羅漢果茶我哋飲等嘢食嚟嘅期間,員工間唔中都會同吓我哋傾計~朋友喺訂位時已經安排好晒食咩~所以我哋都唔洗浪費時間喺揀餸菜第一碟上嘅係 清蒸南非鮑魚跟住落嚟係 豬肚烏雞湯 唔見烏雞?其實放咗喺豬肚入面~因為掛住飲同食既關係~我哋食完先知無影到隻烏雞~再嚟 江南百花雞~呢碟似雞非雞,係需要用2日時間製作外貌係雞,但雞皮下嘅竟然係蝦膠好鬼特別架啫跟住係 紅燒元蹄我哋再問老闆娘拎一碗白飯嚟食(一碗4人分)之後再嚟個 勁多料嘅糯米飯呢個糯米飯多到不得了~所以再嚟個清啲嘅 蟲草花上湯時菜比我哋清吓先~清完之後就上呢個 百花蜜脆鱔平時唔食太鱔嘅我,竟然食完一舊又一舊最後嚟個 海皇豆腐~老闆娘知道我哋有人生日仲準備咗壽包比我哋再加一口泡芙臨尾仲會同每枱客人影返張即影即有留念~一張比我哋,一張佢哋會張貼喺佢哋嘅留念區~老闆娘同員工們好健談好開朗~過咗一個好開心,好好味嘅晚上~下次會帶朋友嚟再食過 continue reading

年幾前睇雜誌介紹心機私房菜已book Mark 左呢間食肆,終於夾到1月20日老豆、姐夫生日黎食,於是12月5日已whatsapp佢定菜單(10人)及同日比埋$500訂。好期待,終於黎到1月20日,佢一直冇電話覆我confirm booking,但心諗,朋友前幾日食完,因為壽桃包回覆既問題,都知個負責人串串地;再者,訂都比埋應該吾會假,可能係甘,所以都無為意。我地book左7:00,但臨時有事,我地部分人照舊7:00到,但要7:45齊人先起菜,所以我6:00左右whatsapp通知佢,竟然,換黎既係佢漏左我既booking!下......甘點算呀?臨時臨急,屋企人特登係屯門出黎,仲要老豆、姐夫生日,我地可以去邊度食呀?雖然個負責人不停講係佢既錯,佢地未試過甘樣出錯,佢話我落單時佢剛巧外遊冇mark低我既booking,而家佢冇預我食物,仲要佢間鋪已經無位置開到第6張檯比我,甘我點呀?我地10個人有老有嫰,臨時臨急係觀塘區甘多人既地方又冇book位,又要係慶祝飯,可以去邊度食?當時已經係6:00啦,佢話已經冇辦法,唯有撻訂退多$500訂比我。係當時,$500對我黎講已經不重要,我要既係一張檯一家人食飯,我無再同個負責人糾纏,只是心急搵另一間食肆解決問題,但我真係好嬲,吾會再幫襯,寫出黎希望大家知道。 continue reading
