To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好少黎西環區，雖然遠但環境比其他港島清靜，無咁急促黎食個晚餐再去飲杯野都係件chill嘅事黎嘅日本帶子刺身奇亞籽沙律呢個係限定黎，本身都諗緊食邊款沙律，問問店員就推薦左呢款，好新鮮嘅沙律菜配上一口又一口嘅帶子，除左健康嘅奇亞籽仲有兩色番茄，用埋我最愛醋汁，睇又得味又得羊架店員好貼心問我地想食幾成熟，又幾好，真係我真係唔鐘意太熟，但好多時都無得揀，估佢唔到配菜都用左好多心機，除左燒菜，佢個薯蓉真係好特別又出色，問左先知原來係一層層薯蓉疊上去，中間夾住芝士同牛油，真係令我好深刻另外叫左蝶豆花茶同蝶豆檸檬梳打，都係好特別嘅野飲，清清地都唔錯呀！
