銅鑼灣站一出,行幾分鐘就到。呢幢大庋本身就有好多好食餐廳。友人話想食西餐,但budget 唔多,咁我就搵左呢間。是日推介係酥炸雞脾菇,菇切成薯條咁樣,炸出黎口感勁得,仲配埋拉絲芝士醬,😂上枱就記得快d,耐左芝士醬會變硬,拉唔到絲。雖然都好食。青口白酒味勁重,加洋蔥減低酒嘅苦味,令到青口更甜。焗菠菜煙三文魚手工意粉,手工意粉比一般意粉有咬牙,蛋味都較濃。芝士份量係成座山咁,食落啖啖三文魚。杏桃撻係甜中帶酸,反而我比較鐘意,因為食完正餐已經好飽,再食呢個都唔會太負擔。
