To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

揾個靜靜地嘅地方食下午茶，解解心中的鬱結，落來這間在地庫的元氣， 店員讓我隨意選擇一個在位，聽住日文歌， 心情輕鬆了一些。肚餓的我點了個午餐，未到的時候，吃掉兩碟旋轉軌道上面的壽司，越吃越肚餓。這個午餐確實抵食，有五款壽司，加一碗沙律，仲有一個紅豆餅。壽司件件都新鮮，師傅即叫即製，很有專業精神，不只會取旋轉軌上的拼一碟給我，謝謝。最後吃到這個紅豆餅，咬落去應該叮過，幸好裏面的紅豆餡料夠多，填補心中的不快。
