家人安排假期節目,首先在「Giovanni Pina Ristorante, Bar & Pasticceria」享用精緻意大利午餐。走進餐廳大堂前,會經過琳瑯滿目的的雪菲蛋糕,這都是曾獲得多項國際糕點獎金牌和「甜點大師」榮譽稱號之意大利烘焙界殿堂級大師精心之作,非常吸引的甜品蛋糕我不會感到陌生,因為我在其他分店曾經堂食和外賣回家與家人共享。今天首次來到旗艦店午餐,踏入美侖美奐裝潢的宴會廳,右邊是開放式廚房,高聳樓底下的閃耀水晶吊燈盡顯非凡氣派,配合紫色絲絨椅子,高貴得體。先嘗軟熟可口的餐包與麵包條~我們點選兩款開胃小食:意式慢煮八爪魚拌青蘋果紅菜頭沙律煙燻甜椒醬~慢煮八爪魚保留著八爪魚肉的軟滑與鮮甜,再蘸少許煙燻甜椒醬,味道層次又另有一番滋味,青蘋果的甜酸果味及爽脆口感融合,吃起來平衡了較清淡的紅菜頭,由精心打造的美味帶動起我們吃的樂趣!香酥魷魚圈配他他醬~又是一款我們至愛的小食,外脆內軟,肉鮮味美!兩份主食:烤伊比利亞豬鞍配黑椒汁~伊比利亞豬是原產於伊比利半島的傳統品種,黑毛豬從小野外放養,吃橡果長大,因此肉質有著幽幽的橡果香味,我們這份烤伊比利亞豬鞍味道鮮嫩濃郁,肉質鬆軟中帶爽口
