To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說嚟到呢間餐廳都係想簡簡單單食個沙律仔,食少少正常嘅肉姐!點解件事去到咁複雜呢三?本來想叫個雞扒沙律,突然間見到有個新意思櫻花蝦炸魚沙律,咁我老公仔見到咁神奇咪叫俾我食囉!嚟到嘅時候見到好大嚿三亞炸物喺啲菜上邊,我已經問請問呢舊係炸乜嘢啊?我老公話咪就係櫻花炸魚囉!咁咪拎黎食囉,一咬落去我就發現啲櫻花蝦炸到脆卜卜連埋啲脆漿更脆卜卜卜卜卜卜,咁嗰嚿魚就突然失色左,嘥咗舊魚囉😮‍💨跟住個沙律底係羽衣甘藍,係好粗糙嘅羽衣甘藍有少少意大利甜醋汁,冇橄欖油咁你問吓個侍應哥哥:呀個沙律係咪唔記得落橄欖油啊?哥哥就話我哋冇橄欖油㗎 !不如俾多啲沙律汁你啦!然後佢就係攞咗廚房嗰支好大支嘅黑醋汁出嚟俾我加落去,咁其實件事係應該落橄欖油先至啱數嘅!咁算數啦!其實有心機做個新菜式都要知道件事配唔配答到! 完!
