酒筷子係大角咀一間新派中菜,雖然佢個位置唔近地鐵站比較吊腳,門面又唔特別顯眼,但估唔到佢地嘅嘅菜式唔單止好食,仲係而家喺出面買少見少嘅心機功夫菜,但人均都係二百幾蚊已經食得飽人,性價比非常高。由酒筷子地下入口要沿樓梯上去一樓先真正進入餐廳,店面唔算大,大約坐倒十枱八枱,不過每枱都唔會相隔得太近。醬瓜小紅茄($58) - 左邊係用醬油醃過嘅白蘿蔔,食落非常爽脆,右邊嘅小紅茄係去左衣再用話梅水浸過,所以除左番茄嘅酸味仲多左話梅嘅甜甜地味,開胃又好食。清酒鵝肝($128) - 哩個鵝肝侍應介紹係法國貨,雖然佢唔似西餐咁煎過,不過一樣有入口即溶嘅感覺,但食落係完全唔油膩同埋有好香清酒味,清酒味係啱啱好唔會太重,超正!羊肚菌菊花羹($68/位) - 用豆腐切成菊花雖然靚但唔算罕見,哩個湯最特別係湯入面仲有蒸蛋同鵝肝,兩者都仲好嫩滑唔會過老。原來大廚係先將蛋蒸熟,但加入雞湯、羊肚菌、鵝肝同豆腐一齊燉,比起就咁將所有食材掉晒落煲度一齊燉功夫多好多。雞湯味道濃甜,唔會太油,羊肚菌出名有益,都有兩條。醬皇安格斯牛($228) - 安格斯牛好大份,差唔多有成隻前臂咁長,平時出面食西餐,哩個價錢一定食唔倒哩
