這個成為是日的 MVP!「娘惹菜」其實是中國菜與馬來菜的混血兒,以前中國人與馬來西亞人結婚生下的女兒就是叫做「娘惹」。娘惹菜口味濃重,這個用之為名,我估計是裏面的蔬菜餡料多了一份類似蝦醬的味道,就是娘惹調味料「峇拉煎」。

它原是呈褐色,很硬很乾,聞起来很香蝦糕味,可算是惹味的來源。腐皮卷外皮脆口,餡料豐富味重,不用點喼汁味道已夠好:

青馬六人組又去搵食啦!首次試下呢間大角咀區飯店。環境算乾淨企理,燈光都夠光猛,座位尚算濶落,招呼OK啦!冬瓜盅和新鮮鹽焗雞要預計,是這一餐最好味的餸菜了,其次竟然是臨尾吾夠飽加叫的肉絲脆麵和叉燒酥。不過雖然鹽焗雞幾好味,但就預訂左都出菜奇慢,食晒全部仲要催先上到枱?補充一提鹽焗雞有分冰鮮雞和新鮮雞,菜單標示鹽焗雞單價$288,埋單就$498?原因上枱是新鮮雞,當然新鮮是好味好多的,故不爭議了,照找數。如果訂菜時先解釋,咁我呢類新客比0就吾使誤會啦!一樣會訂新鮮雞。至於其他小菜就碟頭細,味道一般囉!例如清酒鵝肝,希望越大失望越大!咕嚕肉、柚子蝦皮、豉椒鵝腸就行貨水平。最吾掂係聖子蒸千葉豆腐,不予置評了。最後甜品送上砵仔糕,粉粉地吾夠彈牙。

今次已經是八次以上到餐廳用膳。食物質素有保證,味道吸及熱度適中。每次去到必吃的食物有蘿蔔糕,牛柏葉或金錢肚,海鮮剪米粉、砵仔糕、炸豆腐。雖然店舖不大,但每次來到都幾乎滿座。看得出這間小店,用心經營,所以食物質素能保持良好的水平。價錢方面非常合理。但湯羹則比較貴一點。餐廳的甜品不多選擇,要是能添加芝麻糊或中式糕點甚至乎是壽包或是紅豆沙,就更加好。所有職員也是態度有禮,要是覺得不方便嘅地方就是要行樓梯及得一格女厠所。其他大部份都非常好。
