晚餐再次來到元朗的順福糧倉,今次試下越南菜《越北牛肉粉》。點了兩個抵食自選套餐,Alex選的是充滿了越南風味的「越北山牛肉湯檬粉」,湯頭清香,牛肉嫩滑。而我便選了「順化香茅牛肉撈檬」,牛肉份量很多,味道濃郁,與香茅味也好夾。除了主菜,我們還特別追加了兩個小食。「越式烤豬頸肉」,那香氣撲鼻,外皮脆邊,內裡嫩滑。蝦頭膏炒通菜,通菜嫩口,味道濃郁。跟餐飲品,不錯的「越南老薑蜜」,薑味濃厚,非常暖胃。來杯清爽的「水晶芒果冰沙」,也是餐後的完美搭配。這一餐,真是讓人心滿意足。下次還會再來探索更多美食!
